By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.
1. Who is Eligible to Enter?
- Open to legal residents of the U.S. who are 21 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of Willow Sky Ranch, affiliates, contractors, and immediate family members are not eligible.
- Void where prohibited by law.
2. What is the Entry Period?
- Giveaway begins September 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on September 30, 2025.
- Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.
3. How do I Enter?
Participants can earn up to 5 entries total by:

- Following on Instagram

- Sharing the giveaway post (must tag Willow Sky Ranch)

4. What is the Prize?
- One (1) winner will receive: a 4-hour holiday party reception for up to 75 guests on a Tuesday-Thursday in December 2025 at Willow Sky Ranch.
- Prize includes: venue rental, tables, chairs, and table covers.
- Prize does not include food, beverages, alcohol, décor, entertainment, or additional services (these may be added at winner’s expense).
- Approximate prize value: $2650.
- Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be redeemed in December 2025.
5.How is the Winner Selected & Notified?
- Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
- Winner will be announced on Willow Sky Ranch’s Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok on October 5, 2025.
- Winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.
6. What are the Other Terms?
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
- By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Willow Sky Ranch from any liability.
- Willow Sky Ranch reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
- By entering, participants grant Willow Sky Ranch permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes
