This original 1905 main home was restored 15 years ago and again in 2020 featuring 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 11. With central AC and 2 full bathrooms, this quaint home balances the charm of the old with the conveniences of the new. A full kitchen, dining area, and living space that completes the flexible layout of the home. The rear of the home has been converted to a make-up prep room complete with vanities and an on-suite bathroom. The covered front porch includes a porch swing for you to enjoy the relaxing breeze on almost any night.
A newer rustic structure renovated in 2020 with a large living area sleeping up to 4. The lodge is the another haven for the bridal party as they prepare for their big day. With central AC, a full bathroom, a TV area, foosball and even a slot machine; it is a fun retreat to relax in. The rear of the Lodge includes a large covered area with beautiful café string lights perfect for cocktail hour.
Situated on a private area of the ranch, the Bird's Nest is a serene escape in the treetops with incredible views. It features a living area, bathroom, AC, and a master loft. A sleeper sofa enables sleeping up to 4. The wrap-around deck provides the best views of the property. You are sure to see the Blackbuck antelope herd or the numerous deer on the property just over the fence line. The many birdhouses and feeders and tree swings make this space fun for everyone.
The most unique feature on the property, this large music and events hall has a stage and working bar enabling a true music hall experience. The large glass doors can be opened to create a seamless transition from the inside hall to the outside beautiful grounds. Willow hall seats 150 people comfortably.
An acre of open space settled under mature oaks providing a perfect space to spend time with family and friends. Situated between Willow Hall and the Boar’s Lodge covered area, this space is complete with a stone fire pit, overhead café string lighting, and a perfect spot to take in the live music from the hall.
A standalone serving space inside Willow Grove. This stand provides a convenient beverage space for your outdoor guests to cool off.
The original ranch cistern has been converted to a water hole complete with a lounging deck and hot tub. This space is the perfect answer to hot Texas days while the hot tub could make a relaxing end to a busy day in the hill country.
Two full-size teepees stand close to the Willow Hall and The Greathouse and are sure to be a fun stop for the young and old alike!
This early 1800's one-room log & chink settlers’ cabin was restored by the prior owner and sits in close proximity to the original working Windmill that still pumps water from the original hand-dug well.
