At Willow Sky Ranch, an extended weekend means Thursday evening arrivals and a first taste of Hill Country magic, a full Friday of Fredericksburg adventures for the bridal party and guests, a Saturday ceremony and reception under the oaks, and a leisurely Sunday morning breakfast before everyone heads home. Your closest family and friends stay right on the property in the Greathouse, Bird's Nest, and Boar's Lodge — no midnight shuttles, no one missing the after-party.

Look for someone who has shot outdoor weddings in natural light. The Hill Country's golden hour is extraordinary — ask to see full galleries from outdoor weddings, not just highlight shots. Our preferred photographers know Willow Sky Ranch's light and landscape.

—Caterers

Ranch weddings often require caterers who can work without a commercial kitchen. Ask about outdoor setup capabilities. Our preferred caterers have worked at Willow Sky Ranch and know exactly how to make it seamless.

—DJs & Bands

Sound carries differently outdoors. Make sure your entertainment has experience with open-air events and the right equipment. Plan for music to end at the venue's designated time.

—Florists

Wildflower-inspired arrangements look stunning at Willow Sky Ranch. Local florists who source from Hill Country growers can create arrangements that feel like they grew right here.

—Transportation

Willow City Loop is a scenic two-lane road — beautiful, but not designed for large convoys. Consider shuttle service from Fredericksburg for guests not staying on-site. Open Range Tours and URidez both serve the area.
